2019 USGA Rule Changes

The Rules of Golf has always been a complicated issue for us amateur players and even the dedicated professionals, otherwise why would they need “rules officials” at every tournament. The purpose of the rule changes are to simplify and modernize the game of golf to make it more enjoyable to the players. Now is a great time to review the changes and take it to the course to practice applying the new rules to your game.
